Become a dealerLumeO does not sell direct. That choice is technical rather than commercial: a projection screen is sized before it is delivered. The diagonal depends on the viewing distance, the surface on the room's light, the case on the ceiling structure. Those trade-offs are made on site, plan in hand.
Our authorized dealers are AV integrators: they measure the room, calculate your projector's throw ratio, validate the feasibility of a ceiling recess, install and align. If something goes wrong, they intervene — a motorized screen recessed into a false ceiling is not a product you send back in a parcel.
In practice, a project unfolds in three stages. First the visit: measuring dimensions, ambient light and the projector position. Then the proposal: range, diagonal, format and surface, decided together. Finally the installation, coordinated with the other trades if a ceiling recess is planned — that is the one stage that must be anticipated during building works, not after.
